National Women's Health Week

Hey, all!
Did you know that this week is National Women's Health Week? The US Department of Health & Human Services Women's Health department established the week "to empower women across the country to get healthy by taking action. Check out the website to see how you can participate in helping women improve their health.
I know MizFit and Jacqueline have teams for the WOMAN Challenge. Need something to get you in gear and on your path to fitness? This might be what you're waiting for!
Not looking for something organized? Just follow the advice of my dear mother-in-law and get outside and move your body - walk, run, hop, skip, roll, skate, swim, pedal or dance!
As for me? A run is definitely in order . . . and with the drop in temperature and drizzle, I'm probably opting for the treadmill today. Tomorrow morning I'll start my day with a run and Thursday looks good for some Vinyasa yoga! We might fit in a family bike ride again this weekend, assuming my tush can handle the saddle again by then - bikes do take some getting used to when it comes to your sits bones! :)

Happy Tuesday!

I didn't know it was National Women's Health Week! They should make it more than a week.

By the way I made the banana cookies you posted last week and my daughter loves them. Thanks!
